LAKHTA VIEW: SYNTHESIS
Full session recording
Transdisciplinarity today becomes one of the main trends in science, technology and even creativity. Classical genres in the arts and literature are substituted by synthetic ones. In design and architecture, the line between functional and conceptual is blurred. Artists can create their own works in the same laboratories with physicists and neurophysiologists. We ourselves become the subject of synthesis, plunging into digital reality. How does this affect the formation of the environment and our daily life?
Speakers of the session: Alexander von Vegesack is a legendary curator, collector, international expert in design, founder of the Domaine de Boisbuchet acaemy and Andrew Bartenev — Rus sian experimental artist, the author of interactive installations and performances.
